Food for Thought 7/22/2019: LA Times: Are we racially profiling ethnic Chinese scholars?
As this article in the LA Times points out, there truly are scholars who share proprietary US research with non-US organizations. There are also many who are loyal to their US institutions and share only what is normally shared by collegial researchers around the world. Nevertheless, education and government officials are being warned to be distrustful of all ethnic Chinese scholars.
